Where is Jewelry Heading?

We live in a moment of fast and tremendous innovation, and the fashion industry is changing more than ever. From made by hand, one by one, to mass production, we are now heading for the search for uniqueness. As human beings, we each crave a unique identity. Most of us are unhappy about looking and having what everybody else has. We want to express ourselves in an exceptional manner.

Many brands are now personalizing and creating limited editions to please those who do not settle for trends. It was in this spirit that the 16-year-old Mirella de Campos, her mother Magali, and her cousin Dominica Antonio launched B de Benedita.

It all started after Mirella adopted a natural hairstyle and realized that no earrings represented her. So, the idea of making "fabric" earrings was born. At B de Benedita, every pair of earrings is one of a kind, and every print is limited edition. The designs are created by the trio and transferred to vector by Domenica. The plates of a light rubber are then covered with fabric, sent to be cut, and then returned to the girls for assembling. The results are bold, lightweight, beautiful, and fun earrings. The hardware is hypoallergenic or gold plated, and you can choose each metal part you want!! Be ready because in five years or so, these girls and others like them will dazzle the world with initiative and creativity. I hope you fall in love with them as I did. Check it out...
